I offer immersive breathwork and ice bath workshops both at my home in Zichron Yaakov and at outdoor locations across Israel.

At my home, participants enjoy a calm, intimate space surrounded by mountain  views, perfect for deep relaxation and connection to breath and body.

I also bring the experience to you, offering private or group sessions in nature, at scenic tourist sites, near historical landmarks, or even at your hotel or villa.

All equipment, including the ice bath, is provided — creating a powerful and memorable experience wherever you choose to breathe, chill, and reconnect.
